Zantray is a messaging application developed and operated by 4EPENG LLC. We connect the Haitian community and beyond through messaging, status updates, and AI-powered features.

2. Information We Collect

When you create a Zantray account, we collect the following information:

• Full Name — Required to identify you on the platform
• Email Address — Required for account creation and login
• Password — Encrypted and stored securely using bcrypt
• Date of Birth — Optional, used to personalize your experience
• Gender — Optional, used for analytics purposes only
• Phone Number — Optional, used for account verification
• Profile Photo — Optional, displayed on your profile
• Bio — Optional, displayed on your public profile

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you use Zantray, we automatically collect:

• IP Address — Used to determine your approximate location for analytics
• Approximate Location — Country and city level only (not precise GPS)
• Device Information — Device type, operating system, app version
• Usage Data — Messages sent, statuses posted, Saj AI conversations
• Push Notification Token — Used to send you notifications

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your Zantray account
• Enable real-time messaging and status features
• Power Saj AI — our AI assistant built on Claude by Anthropic
• Send you push notifications for messages, reactions and comments
• Improve our app through anonymous analytics
• Provide customer support
• Comply with legal obligations

5. Saj AI & Third-Party AI

Zantray uses Saj AI, powered by Claude (Anthropic) for conversations, document scanning, translation, and image generation. When you use Saj AI:

• Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing
• Conversations may be saved to your account for history
• Images are generated via Replicate's API
• We do not sell your Saj AI conversations to third parties

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on:

• MongoDB Atlas — Encrypted cloud database
• Render — Secure cloud hosting

Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using bcrypt encryption. We use JWT tokens for secure authentication.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share data with:

• Anthropic — For Saj AI conversation processing
• Replicate — For AI image generation
• Expo/Firebase — For push notifications
• Law enforcement — Only when legally required

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data at any time
• Update or correct your information in the app
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of push notifications in Settings
• Request a copy of your data by emailing us

9. Children's Privacy

Zantray is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at zantray.support@gmail.com.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Status updates are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Zantray after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

12. Terms of Service

By using Zantray you agree to:

• Use the app for lawful purposes only
• Not send spam, harass other users, or post inappropriate content
• Not impersonate other users or organizations
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Respect the privacy of other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

12.5 Child Safety

Zantray has zero tolerance for content that exploits or harms children. If you encounter any content that violates child safety on Zantray please report it immediately:

• In-app: Use the Report button on any message or status
• Email: zantray.support@gmail.com

We will investigate all reports within 24 hours and report any illegal content to the appropriate authorities including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
